Lord Your Love is like the ocean
And my shore I'm feeling needs a tidal wave
Unsettle completely and flood deep in You
Your Love slowly rising, as the sun does each day
Then hurl these boats to the tops of the trees
Tear this world away and drag me out to sea
Waves tower over me, I can't get away
The wind splashes me as waves break over my head
So the ocean surrounds me and I'm covered completely
Forever lost in Love so deeply
And when calm returns and I wade to the shallows
The ocean sticks and clings and remains in my clothes
So some boats remain in the tops of the trees
And with the rounds of the moon the tide comes from the sea
And the memory remains: I'm still lost at sea
Seeming to breathe air, but the ocean's deep within me.
