Let Truth - 1996 jan 22
Hopeless, Hopeless, freedom drags on.
Hear it ring, hear it sing
And still it drags on.
Too many choices, a land of infinite possibility;
A purpose and function remaining unseen.
Dreary tomorrow haunts bright today
Dawn only comes so the sun can go away.
A universe expansive,
A single story untold,
A million people lost
as twilight begins to grow.
Why are they here, if they'll never hear pure truth?
How does life unfold, if it's only here to lose?
Hear the distant pounding, thunder of a distant rain
or mortar shells resounding, as people feel pain.
Truth should be carried heavily, because there is a day.
There may be a time for silence, but that time is far away.
Battles rage across our world. Death tolls begin to rise.
There's so many people helpless, as many lose their lives.
There's no escape for us today; Truth still stands tall
It shall never be kept silent, if day still breaks at all.
Loudly tell the world, broadcast to every land
Let Truth be told forever, as long as man still stands.
